ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and up to three (3) eligible guests (collectively, the “Attendees”) to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, California (collectively, the “Trip”). The Trip includes:
Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major commercial airport nearest the winner's residence to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA; provided, however, if the winner is a California resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Sheraton Universal Hotel or at another nearby hotel (single room/quad occupancy/room and tax only) (collectively, as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
Non-exclusive ground transportation for the Attendees to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; provided, however, if the winner is a California resident, ground transportation may not be provided (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion).

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older).
